Questions to Help Find a New You

Exercise in finding the new you and helping your self esteem from Betty Bethards Inner Light Foundation
Examining your beliefs and what you think of yourself will help you focus on yourself and help you have a healthier self esteem
Self-esteem is your overall opinion of yourself. It’s how you feel about your abilities and limitations. When you have a healthy self-esteem, you naturally feel good about yourself and see yourself as someone deserving the respect of others. When you have a low self-esteem, you put little value on your own opinions and ideas. When you value yourself you are your own cheerleader and you don’t let others “walk” over you. A positive self-esteem helps you believe in your capability to learn, achieve and to contribute to the world. In fact, having a high self-esteem is vital to a successful and happy life. The following is an exercise to help you recognize what you think of your own self image. Hopefully answering these questions will help you to focus on a path to create a better self esteem.
