The Inner Light Foundation is a non-denominational, non-profit organization engaged in spiritual teaching, healing, and publishing (section 501(c)(3)). The Inner Light Foundation was founded in 1969 by Betty Bethards and promotes the development of individual spirituality. Betty was actively teaching, lecturing and writing books until her death.

Betty taught that there are no crash courses, no guarantees and no overnight solutions to “fixing yourself.” She helped people see their inner strengths and also gave insights into how to make real, practical changes in their lives. If you read the over 60 pages that encompass Betty’s teachings, you will learn many of the practical and step-by-step practical approaches and thought provoking questions to challenge and help yourself become the person you were meant to be. She taught a new attitude of living having it rooted in the daily practice of meditation so you will find that message repeated throughout the site. Her teachings were simple.

The Foundation provides downloadable seminar recordings of Betty speaking and teaching. Also, there are books on holistic health, spiritual awareness, interpersonal communications and other human development areas.

The Inner Light Foundation also offers Numerology readings, Channeling readings and Dream Analysis readings offered by Charles Rubin. The Foundation also teaches the 20 minute meditation technique handed down via Betty from her Channel that helps facilitate self-growth and enlightenment.

Betty Bethards passed away on July 30, 2002 and the Inner Light Foundation continues to promote her unique, plain-talking insights and teachings under the direction of Charles Rubin, President of the Inner Light Foundation.
