  • The truth of your own being is stronger than any experience, thing, idea or belief. Boldly believe in yourself.

  • Choose to grow into full self-awareness. Desire it more than anything else.

  • Do not submit your integrity to anyone or anything. Honor your dignity in all situations and with all people as a human cosmic being.

  • Be willing to make and take responsibility for all your own decisions, whether you label them “good” or “bad.” No one else can make your decisions for you. No one else knows what is best for you but you.
  • A simple rule of thumb to follow:
    • Say yes to whatever uplifts you, strengthens your sense of self and moves you forward
    • Say no to whatever dissipates your energy, holds you back, or goes against your intuition

  • Only when you place yourself first can you establish genuine relationships with others.

  • Only when nurturing your personal integrity and following your own life path will you maintain optimum mental, emotional and physical health.

  • Your strength of independence and purpose will be an inspiration to others to grow and develop their own awareness. This is the greatest gift you can give to yourself and to your fellow beings.

  • Learn to do what you really want to do. Self-liberation often begins by no longer trying to be good and respectable for the sake of others. Always keep in mind to never do harm to yourself or others.

  • Truth is the unifying strength of your being, life purpose, life flow and interactions with others.
