Delving deep into our feelings and beliefs can be tough subjects to tackle especially if we aren’t naturally self-analyzing people. But taking the time and effort to really think about how you feel and what some of your beliefs are can help you, hopefully, get to the bottom of some repeated challenging themes in your life.

For example, do you seem to always choose violent people as a mate? Maybe you discover that you are always marrying alcoholics. Maybe you feel like you are being held back in your job – like you are capable of more but not given the opportunity to grow. But maybe you are scared to go back to school or get those certifications that you need to get promoted.

By answering the questions below, you can help yourself to analyze your feelings and beliefs. The goal by going through this exercise is that you will get some insights into yourself, your beliefs and your goals.
